Memorandum of Understanding with the Syrian Ministry of Education

Within the framework of strengthening institutional cooperation and reinforcing national partnerships that support the development of the educational sector, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed between the Syrian Ministry of Education and Faal Foundation, in the presence of the Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry, Mr. Saleh Issa. The MoU was signed on behalf of Fa’al Foundation by Mr. Yasser Abu Al-Shamat – Director of the Damascus Office, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to its developmental and participatory role in supporting the educational system, and advancing empowerment, digital development, and capacity-building initiatives. This agreement aligns with strategic directions aimed at unifying national efforts and activating qualitative programs and initiatives that enhance the quality of education, empower students and teachers, and expand educational innovation in line with future requirements. Faal Foundation affirms that this signing represents a pivotal milestone in its institutional journey and marks the beginning of an effective partnership that seeks to achieve sustainable impact for the educational community and promote knowledge and digital development pathways in Syria.
