As part of the Memorandum of Understanding between Faal Foundation and the Al-Amal Association for People with Disabilities, institutional empowerment and strategic planning workshops have officially commenced. These workshops aim to transfer Faal Foundation's organizational and administrative expertise to the Association's staff, enhancing institutional performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the development of strategic plans that strengthen its mission and create sustainable impact. We believe that sharing expertise and building capacities are key to creating stronger institutions with greater #impact in serving their communities
