Razan Khadour
Razan is the Head of the Homs Branch at Fa’al Foundation. She is a Sociology graduate from Tishreen University and holds a Canadian training certificate in human training and capacity building. She has experience in educational and training work, with a focus on empowering individuals and developing modern social thinking toward greater urbanization and awareness.
Through her work, she aims to promote youth development and spread a culture of acceptance and self-improvement, while creating supportive spaces for learning and personal growth. She believes in investing in people as the foundation for positive change and sustainable development within society.
